RETURNS:
Orders unopened in original condition may be retuned (with the exception of Custom Covers and Armrests) within 30 days for a full refund (freight charges are not refundable) with a returned goods authorization number. Please phone us Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time for an authorization number.

Armrests and Custom Covers are cut and sewn to meet the requirements of each order; therefore, they are not returnable. Universal Size Covers may ONLY be returned with an authorization number, and ONLY if unused and in original condition.

GUARANTEE:
All Armrests and Covers are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. Armrests and Covers returned to us with a returned goods authorization number during this period will be repaired or replaced (based on our assessment of the repair) free of charge. A copy of the original invoice/receipt is required. Please phone us Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time for an authorization number.

Vehicle cover fabric samples are available for review. Please review the samples before ordering.

All of our Armrests and Custom Covers are individually cut and sewn to meet the specific requirements of each order. As a result, Armrest and Custom Cover orders are not returnable.
